Damon Flowers

Over the last 22 years, I’ve started, failed, licensed, and exited multiple businesses across real estate, training, SaaS, private lending, coaching, and e-commerce. In my last two ventures, I’ve scaled one company from zero to $12M in five years and grew another from $3.5M to $30M in just two years. I’ve led mindset workshops and personally coached thousands of entrepreneurs, and helped countless real estate investors build their portfolios.

But beyond the numbers, my real obsession has always been unlocking human potential.

I’ve spent the past 20 years studying the mind—why we do what we do, and how to rewire ourselves for growth. Daily meditation and my spiritual walk are at the center of who I am. This has helped me stay grounded through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and life. I believe our inner world shapes our outer results—and that personal transformation is the secret weapon of happiness and sustainable business growth.

I’m also a husband of 24 years, father of three, lifelong reader (thousands of books and counting), and an avid outdoorsman. Nature is my reset button. It's where I reconnect, reflect, and remember what really matters.

Mark Malian

Over the last decade, I’ve been on the executive teams that scaled multiple companies to 7 and 8 figures and yes, watched some fail along the way. I’ve created go-to-market strategies for dozens of companies, generated over $3M in direct revenue for clients in just the past three years, and consulted with hundreds of businesses across marketing, advertising, lead generation, e-commerce, and SaaS.

I’m endlessly curious about what makes a business work: how the right offer, the right message, and the right market collide to create momentum. I’m obsessed with testing, refining, and simplifying systems so companies can break through their plateaus and achieve predictable, compounding growth.

At home, I’m a husband and father to a wild and curious two-year-old boy. I invest in real estate, tinker with new ideas, and am always hunting for that next edge in marketing, psychology, or strategy that can help founders unlock their next level.
